Longbore, Inc. completed the well at an active site without any interruption to existing operations. The geology consisted of sand and clay with a static water level of 2’ bgs. The well materials were SDR 11 HDPE blank casing with .020” slotted screen. A 2-inch and 1.25-inch HDPE casing was installed in the borehole with the well for future instrumentation and control cabling. The well was completed under a roadway and two rail lines. Drilling fluids utilized were bentonite and mixed metal hydroxide with well development consisting of chemical treatment and overpumping.
